After two high-risk pregnancies with preeclampsia, I found myself navigating postpartum depression and anxiety — trying to be present for my children, keep my home in order, and find even a single moment for myself.
For years I read self-help books, tried techniques, systems, routines. Some things worked. Most didn't last. Until I stopped searching for a dramatic transformation and started asking myself a simpler question: what can I do just for today?
That shift changed everything. Not because circumstances changed overnight — but because I started changing from the inside, one day at a time. I found the calm, the love, and the peace I'd been searching for outside, in the simplicity of what I share with you today.
That's how the Just for Today, I Am Happy series was born — not from theory, but from real life.
